- Until we have a better cooling solution, the A/V cabinet doors must remain open while A/V equipment is turned on.
- All connected devices run through a Receiver in the A/V cabinet.
- The Receiver has two outputs:
- Main: connected to the Left TV Display and the speakers
- Zone 2: connected to the Right TV Display but it does not output sound
- Each TV Display can show a separate signal (two different laptops, a video call and a document, etc), or they can both display the same signal.
Turn on TV Display
- Point the Sony TV remote at the desired TV display and press the green Power button in the upper right corner.
- If nothing happens, move the remote closer.
Notes:
- You won't use the TV remote for anything else!
- Don't try to use the built-in smart TV features - the Apple TV and Android TV boxes in the A/V cabinet work much better, with sound, higher performance and the ability to duplicate the image across both screens.
- Volume is controlled by the Receiver remote.
Turn on Receiver
1. Open the A/V cabinet doors.
2. Point the Receiver remote at the TV displays or the Receiver itself, and:
