Conf Room 135 has two speakerphone options:
- Traditional business class speakerphone and phone line - great for many people sitting all around the table.
- Bluetooth speakerphone to use with your own mobile phone - great for small groups or those who are scared of old-fashioned speakerphones. 😄

Mute Your Microphones
Place a Call
- Press the On/Off button
- Dial the 10 digit number you wish to call.
Receive a Call
- Tell someone to call (814) 206-9282.
- Press the On/Off button when the phone rings and lights up.
End a Call
- Press the On/Off button during a call to hang up.
Change Speaker Volume
- Press the - Vol + button multiple times as needed.
Improve Quality of Audio You're Sending
- Make sure that the extra microphones are plugged in and placed near where people are sitting.
Mute Your Microphones
- Press the Mute button.
- Press the Mute button again to unmute your microphones.
Option 2: Jabra Bluetooth Speakerphone
Note: all buttons are touch-sensitive and do not move or "click" when you press them.

Turn On/Off
- Press and hold the Power button (line with a circle around it; in between the red and green buttons) for about 2 seconds.
- If the speakerphone doesn't turn on, its battery may need to be recharged. To recharge: unwind its built-in USB cable and plug it in to a USB charger in the room.
Pair with Your Phone/Tablet/Laptop
- Press and hold the Bluetooth button (bluetooth logo) for about 2 seconds until its blue light is flashing.
- Use your device's Bluetooth settings to connect to Jabra Speak 510 (135).
Place a Call
- Once the speaker is turned on and your device is connected, place a call as you normally would.
- If the audio isn't coming out of the Jabra speakerphone, use your phone app's settings to make sure it's using the bluetooth speakerphone for audio and the microphone.
Receive a Call
- Once the speaker is turned on and your device is connected: answer a call as you normally would on your device or tap the green phone button on the speakerphone.
- If the audio isn't coming out of the Jabra speakerphone, use your phone app's settings to make sure it's using the bluetooth speakerphone for audio and the microphone.
End a Call
- Use your device to end the call like you would with any other call or use the red phone button on the speakerphone to hang up.
Change Speaker Volume
- Tap the Plus (+) and Minus (-) buttons on the speakerphone or possibly use the normal volume controls on your device if needed.
Mute Your Microphone
- Tap the Mute button (microphone with a line through it) and all the lights will turn red to indicate that you're muted.
- To unmute: tap the Mute button again and the red lights will disappear when you're unmuted.
Disconnect / Forget
- If your device wants to keep automatically connecting to the bluetooth speakerphone when you don't want it to, just visit your device's Bluetooth settings, select the details of the Jabra bluetooth speakerphone (might be an info or gears icon) and Forget it.
- Don't worry, it's really easy to re-pair the speaker when you need it.
